Sensor- und/oder Trennelement sowie Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung und Anwendung desselben

Sensor and/or separator element for semipermeable diffusion of molecules, comprises: (a) a mechanically stable substrate (2) with at least 1 hole (3); (b) a perforated membrane (4) which together with the substrate forms a single component, extends over the hole, and is made of a material different from the substrate material, and (c) at least 1 semipermeable layer (10) attached to one or both sides of the membrane (4) within the perforated zones of the latter. The semipermeable layers are attached by various means to the membrane (4) or to a metal film (8) which is additionally applied to one or both sides of the membrane. USE - The device is used for the detection of electrochemically active molecules. ADVANTAGE - The semipermeable layer with excellent mechanical stability and durability of the element ensures better diffusion of molecules to be detected and/or separated by this layer.
