Said terminal leads are provided with conductors (3) arranged on the base plate (1) with electrically conductive sealing compound (4) to form contactable terminal leads by bonding and the reamining areas between ther base plate (1) and the top plate (2) are provided with electrically non-conducting sealing compound (5).
