Verfahren zur Gewinnung von gasfoermigen Kohlenwasserstoffen aus biogenen Rohstoffen

(A1) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung von gasfoermigen Kohlenwasserstoffen, insbesondere von Fluessiggas und/oder einem erdgasaehnlichen Gasgemisch oder einer oder mehrerer im Fluessiggas oder im erdgasaehnlichen Gasgemisch enthaltenen Komponenten. Das eingesetzte Ausgangsmaterial enthaelt hierbei sauerstoffhaltige Kohlenwasserstoffe. Das Verfahren umfasst folgende Schritte: - Bereitstellung des Ausgangsmaterials - Kontaktieren des Ausgangsmaterials in Abwesenheit von Sauerstoff bei einer Temperatur von 300-850?C in einem Konvertierungsreaktor mit einem poroesen Katalysator, so dass ein kohlenwasserstoffhaltiges Produktgasgemisch entsteht, in dem der Gewichtsanteil der gasfoermigen Kohlenwasserstoffe groesser ist als der fluessiger Kohlenwasserstoffe, - Auffangen des kohlenwasserstoffhaltigen Produktgasstroms und Zufuehrung des Produktgasstroms zu einer Separiereinrichtung, in der eine Produktauftrennung erfolgt.

USE - The process is useful for the extraction of hydrocarbons, preferably of liquid gas and/or a gas mixture similar to natural gas or one of its components from a starting material containing the oxygen-containing hydrocarbons. ADVANTAGE - The process: provides improved carbon-carbon bond (e.g. carbon-heteroatom bond) cleavage than the conventional methods; does not require costly downstream process, thus can be used in large scale production.
