Bei einem elektronischen Geraet (1), insbesondere einer elektrischen Maschine mit integrierter Leistungselektronik, ist zur Erzielung einer einfachen und zuverlaessigen Kontaktierung von Wicklungen (2) an die Leistungselektronik bei gleichzeitiger thermischer Entkopplung der Wicklung (2) von der Leistungselektronik vorgesehen, dass der Wicklungsdraht (3) einer Wicklung (2) ueber einen Kontaktpunkt (10) mit einer ersten elektrisch leitfaehigen Schicht (4) verbunden ist, wobei die erste elektrisch leitfaehige Schicht (4) auf ein waermeleitendes und elektrisch isolierendes Kuehlelement (11, 13) aufgebracht ist, und die erste elektrisch leitfaehige Schicht (4) derart ausgeformt ist, dass der Waermewiderstand zwischen der ersten elektrisch leitfaehigen Schicht (4) und dem Kuehlelement (11, 13) klein gegenueber dem Waermewiderstand des Wicklungsdrahtes (3) zwischen dem Wickelkopf (9) und dem Kontaktpunkt (10) ist. Von der ersten elektrisch leitfaehigen Schicht (4) aus besteht mindestens eine elektrisch leitfaehige Verbindung (5) zu weiteren elektronischen Bauelementen (7, 8).
