ATR-Sensorelement

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein ATR-Sensorelement fuer die Spektroskopie einer Probe mit einer sensorischen Schicht aus einem hoch brechenden, fuer das Messlicht transparenten, das Messlicht durch Totalreflexion leitenden Material, die mit der Probe in Kontakt gebracht wird, wobei die sensorische Schicht auf einer ersten Schicht als Substratschicht angeordnet ist, wobei die erste Substratschicht aus einem fuer das Messlicht transparenten Material mit einem Brechungsindex besteht, der kleiner als der Brechungsindex der sensorischen Schicht ist.
