Die Erfindung betrifft ein optoelektronisches Bauteil, das auf mindestens einer Flaeche mindestens eine Schicht eines Polymers aufweist, die im infraroten Spektralbereich von 3 ?m bis 7 ?m transparent ist.
DE1004059412 A UPAB: 20060809 NOVELTY - The component has a polymer layer, which is transparent in the infrared spectral range of 3.6 micrometer to 6.3 micrometer, on a surface. The layer has a transmission level larger than 0.9 and a thickness from 10 nanometer to maximum of 250 micrometer. The layer is an epoxy resin having two epoxy groups, and the resin is an optofunctional epoxy resin. The layer is a thermally active component such as layer with low thermal resistance. USE - Optoelectronic component e.g. passive component such as optically passive infrared detector and heat sink, active component such as optically active infrared detector, micro lens, polarization filter, reflector and polarizer, and emitter. ADVANTAGE - The polymer layer is transparent in the infrared spectral range of 3.6 micrometer to 6.3 micrometer, so that the characteristics of the optoelectronic component can be used directly. The optoelectronic component is applicable in the infra red spectral region.
