Das Europäische Institut für Telekommunikationsnormen (ETSI) ist eine europäische Organisation, die sich mit der Entwicklung und Veröffentlichung von Normen in der Telekommunikation beschäftigt. ETSI wurde 1988 gegründet und hat seinen Sitz in Sophia-Antipolis, Frankreich. Es ist eine private Organisation, die von der Europäischen Union als offiziell anerkannte europäische Normungsorganisation betrachtet wird.
