Title

Multisensor Data Fusion for UAV Detection and Tracking

Abstract
The availability and usage of small unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs, also known as 'drones') for commercial use has increased over the pastfew years. UAVs have many advantages in civilian applications such as in agriculture andforphotography. Despite their unquestionable benefits, they increasingly pose serious threats to safety and security and can cause large damage, whether on purpose or not. Due to the variety of UAVs, many conventional sensors used for aerial target detections may not be sufficientfor countering this threat. This paper discusses a concept for the usage of multiple heterogeneous sensors for UAV detection and tracking.
