The system is operated at 300 GHz providing a maximum bandwidth of more than 40 GHz leading to a range resolution of 3.7 mm. The capability of the radar has been investigated in ISAR measurements by means of a turntable. The presented results demonstrate the high image quality and the richness of details up to a distance of 140 m. With its excellent performance, the system covers a wide range of applications in the security and safety sector.en621667conference paper
