The electrochemical exfoliation processes were performed in several classes of electrolytes, namely: (I) polyelectrolytes (II) hydroxides (III) conjugated base and (IV) carboxylic acid, and at different applied voltages. The rate of exfoliation in each electrolyte was shown and the highest rate was presented by a polyelectrolyte PSS. It was also uncovered through the experiments that the exfoliation process was greatly hydroxide assisted. The sheet conductivities of the exfoliated materials were also shown as an estimate of the degree to which they have been oxidised during the process.engraphenenanotechnologyElectroGraphexfoliationElektrolytAnodic exfoliation of graphene in various aqueous electrolytesconference paper
