Within the FP7-project DRIVER, these framework conditions are addressed in a dedicated part. Next to the objective of receiving most realistic scenarios for the testing of new Crisis Management solutions, the analysis of framework conditions aims at developing evidence-based recommendations for different types of stakeholders. Intensive surveys of the European Member States, selected third countries, the United Nations and the European Union have been completed.
