As substrate a PET web with different base layers of TiO2 is used. The films are characterized with regard to their optical and electrical properties. The sheet resistance is measured with a four-point-probe. The optical absorption in the visible wavelength range is determined using a spectrophotometer and the results are correlated with the electrical measurements. Especially the influence of pulsed power feed-in on the film properties is examined.ensolar controlconductive coatingAg filmpulsed sputtering667670620Tailoring of Ag thin films for solar control and transparent conductive coatingsconference paper
