The ceramic procedure being modified by H. C. Starck comprises the columbite route as well as a new direct synthesis. The obtained powders are characterized by high homogenity, reactivity and very good sinter behaviour. The influence of the precursor, of the calcination temperature, and of the processing route on the dielectric properties are discussed. It can be seen that all parameters give an impact on the sintering behaviour and on the dielectric constant.enBleieisenniobatBleimagnesiumniobatBleinickelniobatBleiperowskiteceramicdielectricDielektrikEigenschaftKeramiklead iron niobatelead magnesium niobatelead nickel niobatelead perovskitepowderpropertyPulverSynthesesynthesis666620Dielectric properties of load perovskites as a function of processing and precursorsconference paper
