A variety of methods and procedures to monitor diverse structures have been investigated. Following fundamental studies, the examination of distinct influences on these methods led to a broad-based knowledge within the SHM community about AU-methods. Nevertheless the sector of industrial application of the developed methods is very small up to now. This paper presents a necessary step for bringing SHM into industrial application via classification and knowledge distribution.en620666Towards the deployment of acousto-ultrasonics-based SHM in industryconference paper
