The main weakness of interactive viewdata is the slow speed (1200 bit/s to the subscriber, 75 bit/s to the computer). The suggested changeover to the ISDN network (Integrated Digital Network) with a transmission rate of 64kbit/s will get rid of slow page turning and be of great help to business communications.
