This platform allows verifying by simulation the suitability and the interaction of selected hardware components (Li-Ion batteries and semiconductor circuits for battery monitoring) and the software of a battery management system (BMS). A table-driven Li-ion battery cell model based on an equivalent circuit model approach is applied in this platform to describe battery packs. In order to be able to investigate and compare a large number of BMS hardware and software versions, efficient models and simulation algorithms have to be applied. Therefore, special effort is necessary to increase the efficiency of the cell model evaluation.en621004Table-driven Li-ion battery cell model for BMS development platformpresentation
