However, it is limited by the sign transition between data symbols. A method to increase the coherent integration is to use multi-hypothesis (MH) tests for all possible combinations. This paper presents a novel processing-efficient acquisition method. It uses a linear-feedback shift register (LFSR) based secondary code to test multiple overlapping hypotheses simultaneously.
