A coordination-method for business-networks is presented. We show that alternative allocations of resources based on sharing costs and benefits can give an incentive to the network-partners. This mechanism is called Cost-Benefit-Sharing (CBS). This approach balances the different bargaining-powers through an incentive-system for cooperative behaviour. A case of an Automotive Logistics-Network covering the sourcing process of production parts is presented.enCost Benefit Sharing (CBS)Supply Chain Management (SCM)Systems EngineeringIncentive System658Cost-Benefit-Sharing-based Coordination in Logistics Networkspresentation
