In addition to fulfilling legal requirements, this should also make a contribution toward occupational value creation and value addition. So far there has been a lack valid assessment standards and practical control instrument for the dedicated control of BGM measures. These would assist the prioritisation and evaluation of BGM measures. The article presents the conception and the application possibilities of a general model for the control and assessment of BGM measures. For this purpose, the basic principles of contemporary health management will first be described.
