These findings are separated into different aspects explored within different use cases in different countries. The different use cases in Germany, Austria and France explored the participation of PV or wind farms in balancing, redispatch and several ancillary service markets, as well as the support of DSOs in the voltage control of the grid. Finally, the participation of PV and wind farm were evaluated into the congestion management market designed and developed within REgions project. All these use cases demonstrate the multiple possibilities and advantages to consider wind and PV farms for flexibility needs and markets to improve the network security and balance.enVirtual power plantRegional marketAncillary serviceD7.1 - Economic and technical validation of proof-of-concepts for all stakeholdersreport
