The appropriate data and manufacturing methods for different PM-steels and PM-aluminium were determined and compared with existing results for cast materials. The pull-out behaviour is defined by the critical screwing depth. For the fatigue behaviour the necessary screwing depth is defined by using metallography. In comparison to cast materials the fatigue strength of PM-materials is higher because of a better stress distribution in the thread.decritical screwing depthEinfachsintertechnikfatigue behaviourFertigungsverfahrenheat treatmentkritische Einschraubtiefemanufacturing processPM-aluminiumPM-steelpowder forgingSchwingfestigkeitscrewingsingle sintering techniqueSinteraluminiumSinterschmiedenSinterstahlVerschraubungWärmebehandlung620Schwingfestigkeit von Verschraubungen aus Sinterwerkstoffen.Fatigue behaviour of screwed sintered materialsjournal article
