The used shaping technologies (tape casting and roll coating) provide the possibility of a continuous and very effective production. After the production of the multilayered green tapes they get co-fired at 1400°C. To achieve defect-free composites it is necessary to adapt the whole co-manufacturing process that includes shaping, debinding and sintering as well. To adapt the sinter shrinkage of different layers the metallic powder is treated with a high energy milling process.enco-firingmetal-ceramic compositeroll coatingtape casting620666Multilayerd metal-ceramic composites made by coating technologiesconference paper
