A comparative analysis of these two dielectric extraction methods is carried out by measuring and characterising Astra-MT77 material at 140 GHz and suitability of the material for D-band applications is evaluated. The dielectric properties extracted using fabry-pérot resonator are: dielectric constant, ϵr = 2.8 and loss tangent, tanδ = 0.0058. The metalized microstrip fork-coupled resonator method resulted in higher losses, tanδ = 0.0090 and dielectric constant, ϵr = 3.0 at 140 GHz.enD-band modulesdielectric characterizationfabry-pérot resonatormicrostrip fork-couple resonatorA Comparative Analysis of Two Dielectric Extraction Methods of a PCB Material for D-Band Applicationsconference paper
