To improve the availability of CAR-T therapies to patient the AIDPATH EU-Project aims to develop build and test a modular decentralized manufacturing system for CAR-T therapy. Automating using a closed handling approach allows for parallelization while the modularity enables broad technological compatibility. Automated sampling for in-line quality control collects large amount of data on the cell samples which are fed in an AI-digital twin of the CAR-T product to support and adapt the manufacturing process. Automating the manufac-turing process and accounting for biological variability is the key to optimize CAR-T cell production.enCAR-TManufacturingAIAutomationAIDPATH - Modular Approach to AI-Enabled CAR-T Cell Manufacturingpresentation
