Comprehensive measurements of the three corresponding component cells, which are optically equivalent to the triple-junction stack but electrically equivalent to a single subcells within the stack, are performed over a wide range of operating conditions. The investigated temperature range is 5 to 170 °C; the concentration ratio is varied from 1 to 3000. Measurement results are presented and an analytical model is used to describe the temperature and irradiance dependence of the open circuit voltage VOC(T,C).enMaterialien - Solarzellen und TechnologieIII-V und Konzentrator-PhotovoltaikAlternative Photovoltaik-TechnologienIII-V Epitaxie und SolarzellenSolarzellen und BauelementecharacterizationcellsCPVmulti-junctioncircuit voltageInvestigations on the influence of temperature and concentration on solar cell performancesconference paper
