The partial crystalline materials were synthesized at the Fraunhofer ICT and investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The investigations revealed characteristic diffraction patterns and quantified microstructure parameters, such as the degree of crystallinity and the size of crystalline hard blocks.
