Therefore a reliable in-line part and process monitoring as well as a real-time optimization of these processes are crucial, so that the products meet the required quality and safety standards in the different fields of application. This paper will discuss an approach to in-line quality control for the Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) process, one of the AM PBF processes.
