The method features a holistic iterative process model paving the road to balanced part-, production time- and distribution demands and capacities. A specifically tailored IT component (Logistical Assistance System - LAS) integrates all stakeholders in the holistic process based on a holistic data basis, synchronizes all supplier, manufacturing and distribution capacities with the short and medium term market demands within minutes and thus proves the practicability of the concept.enconference paper
