Coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering experiments are performed using CO2-laser radiation in order to observe spin-flip resonances of electrons and holes. The experimental data are analyzed using k x p band model according to Mitchell and Wallis. A consistent set of band parameters is obtained from a quantitative description of all observed magnetooptical transitions.
