Oppermann, H.H.Oppermann2022-03-072022-03-071997https://publica.fraunhofer.de/handle/publica/289225The separation procedure was developed to increase the reliability of fatigue life predictions under load time histories with variable mean loadings. The procedure characterizes sequence effects with damage-proportional data typical for loading and component in an integral manner. On the basis of these data actual damage sums are calculated for fatigue life predictions with linear damage accumulation. By application of the procedure the prediction accuracy for the nominal stress approach and the conventional local stress approach is increased. The scatter of calculations is acceptable for the design of structural components.dedamage accumulation hypothesisdamage sumfatigue life predictionfatigue strengthKerbgrundkonzeptLebensdauervorhersagelocal stress approachmetallic materialmetallischer WerkstoffMittellaständerungNennspannungskonzeptnominal stress approachrandom loadingReihenfolgewirkungreliabilitySchadensakkumulationSchadenssummeSchwingfestigkeitsequence effectTreffsicherheitvariable mean loadingZufallslastfolge620Schädigungsproportionale Beschreibung von Lastfolgen mit veränderlichen Mittellasten.
