Im Vordergrung steht neben einem neuen, miniaturisierten Einweg-Dosierverfahren für Leitklebstoffe ein ebenfalls neues hochflexibles, miniaturisiertes Mikromontagesystem. Die Schwerpunkte liegen einerseits bei der Darstellung von Ursache-Wirkungs-Zusammenhängen verschiedenster Prozessparameter, andererseits bei der hard- und softwareseitigen Beschreibung des Gesamtaufbaus der Mikromontageanlage.As part of this publication, the most recent results obtained from reseach on processes, techniques and equipment associated with miniaturized systems will be presented using a micro-dosing process for conductive adhesives as an example. This article will concentrate mainly on a new, miniaturized disposable dosing process for conductive adhesives and also a new, highley-flexible miniaturized microassembly system.
