Eco-efficient process planning by a generic description of working processes
Abstract
Eco-oriented process plans are described by a material flow oriented approach in order to integrate environmental relevant attributes in an effective way. The within described processes are defined and maintained in a Generic Process Repository which has to be supported by information technology. Therefore the processes, which are described in a generic way, are managed by a Data Warehouse concept. By means of a simple algorithm, it can be achieved that the steps of the operation processes, a product has to follow along the technological order, are combined and described in eco-oriented process plans.
