Abstract
The method comprises converting thermoplastic polymer or polymer containing blend to a molten state, adding fine particles of carbon modification having covalently bonded carbon atoms to the thermoplastic polymer or polymer containing blend, cooling and solidifying fine particles dispersed in the melt to form a plastic material, adding radical sources to the thermoplastic polymer or polymer containing blend, and forming a radical-dispersing the fine particles in the melt in the presence of the radical source under the temperature and pressure conditions. The method comprises converting thermoplastic polymer or polymer containing blend to a molten state, adding fine particles of carbon modification having covalently bonded carbon atoms to the thermoplastic polymer or polymer containing blend, cooling and solidifying fine particles dispersed in the melt to form a plastic material, adding radical sources to the thermoplastic polymer or polymer containing blend, and forming a radical-dispersing the fine particles in the melt in the presence of the radical source under the temperature and pressure conditions. The fine particles have a particle size of 10 nm, and are present in an amount of 10 mass%. The radical sources are present in an amount of 0.1-3 mass%. The method comprises adding a viscosity reducing compound such as waxes to the polymer melt. The method is carried out by a two-or multi-screw extruder. Independent claims are included for: (1) a plastic material; and (2) a method for molding of a plastic material.
