SONNETS issues a policy brief informing policy makers about necessary research needs to transform the public sector in an efficient and citizen-friendly service, a research brief to inform researchers about research needs and a technology brief to inform representatives of the public sector about emerging ICT technologies and their impact on their day-to-day work.
