This deliverable propels the discussion in understanding the impact of societal trends and challenges on the provision of public services. This documents highlights the societal needs, maps the societal needs to the policy domains, identifies the innovation requirements of the public sector, and outlines the innovations actions the public sector could implement to deal with societal challenges and needs.
