Objektive Belastungsfaktoren während der computergestützten Kommunikation
Abstract
Computergestützte Kommunikation ist im modernen Alltag und im Berufsleben zunehmen eine Quelle für Belastungen und für Beanspruchung. Diese Arbeit gibt einen Überblick über die Begriffe Kommunikation, Belastung und Beanspruchung. Darauf aufbauend wird ein Modell der Belastung bei computergestützter Kommunikation entwickelt. Zur Entwicklung des Modells werden die bei der computergestützten Kommunikation auftretenden Belastungsfaktoren aufgelistet, strukturiert und untersucht. Nach einer Untersuchung bereits vorhandener Softwarehilfen wird das Konzept einer eigenen Software zur Unterstützung von computergestützter Kommunikation entwickelt. Dieses Konzept wird abschließend prototypisch umgesetzt.

Computer-mediated communication is a growing source of stress and strain in everyday and professional life. This work gives an overview of the concepts of communication, stress and strain. Based on this overview, a model of strain while computer-mediated communication is developed. To aid the development, the strain factors occuring while computer-mediated communication is listed, structured and analysed. After an analysis of existing software support technology, a concept of an own software to support computer-mediated communication is developed. This approach is finally implemented in a prototype.
