marFM 2.0: Enhanced Multilingual Maritime Speech Recognition with Next-Gen Language and Speech Technologies

In this presentation, we are introducing marFM® 2.0, an enhanced version of our maritime speech recognizer marFM®! marFM® now features improved speech recognition with an extended vocabulary for ship names and geographical locations, a maritime entity recognizer, and a message marking agent - delivering richer context for enhanced situational awareness at sea. With these advancements, we aim to enhance marFMaritime Innovation Updates (MIU)M's reliability, ensuring it provides even more value to the maritime personnel in real-world maritime operations.
