Fixpunkte und Monumente in der Fabrikplanung: Sechsfelder-Matrix zur Systematisierung wandlungshemmender Restriktionen

Restriktionen, welche die Gestaltung der Wandlungsfähigkeit in einer Fabrik einschränken, sind in Literatur und Praxis unter verschiedenen, teils synonym verwendeten Begriffen bekannt. Mithilfe einer sechsfeldrigen Matrix werden in diesem Beitrag diese Restriktionen entlang ihres jeweiligen Bezugsobjekts (Betriebsmittel, Gebäude und Standort) sowie ihres Ursprungs in Produktion oder Infrastruktur systematisiert. Auf dieser Grundlage wird ein Definitionsvorschlag für eine klare Verwendung der Begriffe Monument und Fixpunkt im Kontext der Fabrikplanung abgeleitet.

Fixed Points and Monuments in Factory Planning – Six-Field Matrix for Systematizing Restrictions that Inhibit Changeability. Restrictions that limit the design of changeability in a factory are known in literature and industry under a variety of terms, which are often also used synonymously. The presented article employs a sixfield matrix to systematize these restrictions according to their respective reference object (equipment, building, and site) and their origin in production or infrastructure. Based on this, a clear definition of the terms monument and fixed point in the context of factory planning is proposed.
