Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Schicht, die mittels eines plasmagestuetzten Verfahrens auf einem Substrat abgeschieden worden ist, deren Oberflaeche durch Aufpfropfen von Monomeren selektiv funktionalisiert ist sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer derartigen Schicht und deren Verwendung.
