Abstract
DE102012023514B3 Vorrichtung zum Übertragen einer Zellsuspension (Z) auf ein Substrat (S) mit einem mit zumindest einem Abschnitt seiner Aussenkontur (2), wobei dieser Abschnitt nachfolgend als abrollbare Oberfläche (1) bezeichnet ist, über das Substrat (S) rollbaren Rollkoerper (3), wobei die abrollbare Oberfläche (1) des Rollkörpers (3) ausgebildet ist zum Anhaften der Zellsuspension (Z) über Adhaesion und/oder Kapillarität und zum Übertragen der Zellsuspension (Z) auf das Substrat (S) vermittels eines Kontakts zwischen abrollbarer Oberfläche (1) und Substrat (S) beim Rollen der abrollbaren Oberfläche (1) über das Substrat (S), gekennzeichnet durch einen Rollkörper (3), der rotierbar und vorgespannt so in der Vorrichtung gelagert ist, dass er (3) während des Abrollens über die Oberfläche (OS) des Substrats (S) mit einem definierten Anpressdruck D an das Substrat (S) anpressbar ist, wobei die Vorrichtung mit einer Regelung (7) zum Regeln des Anpressdrucks D versehen ist.

 

Device comprises a roller body (3) having at least a portion of its outer contour (2), as a roll-off surface (1) which is scrollable over the substrate and a control unit for controlling the contact pressure. The roll-off surface of the roller body is provided for: the attachment of the cell suspension via adhesion and/or capillary action, and transferring the cell suspension on the substrate by contact between roll-off surface and substrate during the rolling of the roll-off surface over the substrate. The rotatable roller body is pre-tensioned in the device. Device comprises a roller body (3) having at least a portion of its outer contour (2), as a roll-off surface (1) which is scrollable over the substrate and a control unit for controlling the contact pressure. The roll-off surface of the roller body is provided for: the attachment of the cell suspension via adhesion and/or capillary action, and transferring the cell suspension on the substrate by contact between roll-off surface and substrate during the rolling of the roll-off surface over the substrate. The rotatable roller body is pre-tensioned in the device and is supported such that it can be pressed during the rolling of the surface of the substrate with a defined pressing force of the substrate. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a system comprising the device, where the roll-off surface, the cell suspension and the substrate are designed such that the adhesion of the cell suspension on the roll-off surface is achieved by the adhesion and/or capillary action between the cell suspension and the roll-off surface, and also by the contact between the roll-off surface and the substrate during the rolling of the surface over the substrate which allows transferring of the adherent cell suspension on the substrate by a detachment of the cell suspension from the roll-off surface and adhesion of the cell suspension on the surface of the substrate; and (2) transferring a suspension of cells on a substrate.
