Abstract
(A1) Bei einem Lagersystem (1) zur Unterbringung von Guetern (9) in von Bedienfahrzeugen (8) erreichbaren Lagerpositionen soll eine Loesung geschaffen werden, die eine aeusserst flexible Lagerung und Verteilung von Guetern und den Einsatz von Shuttle-Fahrzeugen gestattet, die insbesondere unabhaengig voneinander praktisch jeden Einlagerungspunkt anfahren koennen. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass das Lager (1) mit in Horizontalebenen (2-5) angeordneten Lagerpositionen (10) ausgeruestet ist, die ueber horizontale Bedienebenen (6, 7) mit vertikalem Zugriff von Bedienungsgeraeten (8) beaufschlagbar sind.

 

DE 102009017241 A1 UPAB: 20101104 NOVELTY - The system (1) has horizontal storage planes (2-5) in which storage locations are provided. The storage locations are accessible by operating vehicles (8) over a set of horizontal planes (6,7). The operating vehicles are movable over rails in longitudinal and transverse directions. A movable, ramp, a conveyor and a vertical lift are provided between the horizontal storage planes. Locking and unlocking devices are provided in the storage locations. The storage locations are lifted and lowered by a lifting mechanism. USE - Storage system for use in a material flow system or logistic system for accommodation of goods e.g. pallets and storage containers, in storage locations accessible by operating vehicles i.e. staplers. ADVANTAGE - The storage locations are accessible by the operating vehicles over the horizontal planes, thus ensuring highly flexible storage and distribution of goods and utilization of the vehicles, which can approach storage locations independent of each other. The design of the storage system does not require a complex preliminary zone, and avoids travel time from the preliminary zone to the processing places, thus increasing performance of the logistic system.
