In this paper we show a Commercial Of The Shelf (COTS) Software Defined Jammer (SDJ) approach to apply modern counter measures to control links of micro Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). We conduct different jamming strategies as well as different jamming waveforms, to two selected control links. Each control link represents a different class, a quite common one, while the other is more professional. We define a metric to compare our findings and present the most promising jamming strategy and waveform of our tested ones.
