Manufacturing enterprises are caught in a situation characterised by rapid changes. This requires a fast design and reconfiguration of their complex logistics chains. An important success factor for the enterprise centres around logistics performance, which is determined by the choice, design and the parameters of the order management methodology. Traditional analytical considerations regarding the design and analysis of order management reach their limits in a turbulent environment. This paper presents an assistant system supporting the fast and accurate design of logistics chains in line with logistical market demands.
