Motivation In manufacturing industry business processes management and control systems play an important role. Therefore, the application of the modelling of the related enterprise process to achieve a better design and management increases. Especially if new software needs to be implemented such as manufacturing execution systems (MES) enterprise models are a tool to provide a backbone for a successful implementation. A challenge is the effort needed for the modelling as well as to document the results of the process analysis. Usually documents such as functional requirement books in Word, process based test protocols in Excel are requested. Also the modelling requires further effort if it is in graphical way. The task is to find services which support a faster development of the model a nd the related documents. Goal Identify services supporting the modelling and documentation process for the implementation of manufacturing control system and realise the services in an easy to use way by creating a table based modelling feature for the enterprise modelling in IEM on the example of an MES.
