Dezentrale Anlagen- und Prozeßverantwortung in einem Großrohrwerk
Alternative
Realisation of a decentralized equipment and process responsability (DEPR) in a tube production
Abstract
Looking for further methods to decrease production costs and to use synergies in the production process the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation developed an organizational concept for industrial maintenance. Aim is the decentralisation or integration of isolated maintenan ce departments in the production process by forming common teams mixed of maintenance and production staff nearby the equipment and creating service-centers for special maintenance tasks like preventive maintenance, equipment planning and optimization. The new method is illustrated for a tube production. Project experience and other useful informations will be shown.
