Abstract
A description is given of the rotor nozzle, the tapered angle of which is extremely easy to adjust. The rotor nozzle consists of a rotor ball (1), which rotates around a de-spun axis of rotation (A-A), mounted in a housing (2). Turbine impellers (6), a jet baffle (9) and an outlet nozzle (9a) are arranged on the rotor ball, whereby: the rotor ball (1) is mounted in a bearing (3) which can either be movable or fixed to the housing (2); the rotor ball (8) features a guide element (10), which engages in an annular groove (11) of a guide element (4), located at a radial distance from the axis of rotation: the guide element (4) can either be fixed or mounted freely on the housing 2); the tapered angle between the de-spun axis of rotation (I-A) and the beam guide (9) is adjusted by the relative change in the distance between the two bearing planes of the rotor ball, namely the plain of rotation of the guide pin (10) in the annular group (11) and the bearing level of the bearing (3); the rota ry movement of the rotor ball (1) is caused by the beam emerging from the channels (8) of a guide element (5) and impinging on the turbine impellers (6).
