Abstract
The description refers to a process for the compression of measured, multi-axial load time functions, in particular for the vibration fatigue limit analyses of components on test machines having in particular servo-hydraulic cylinders, comprising the following steps. The process contains the following steps: - calculation of resulting load time functions of single-axis component loads from measured, multi-axial load time functions; - measurement of the reversal points in the time functions of single-axis component loads which belong to non-damaging vibration actions and marking of all other (damage-related) reversal points in the time functions of the component loads; marking of all reversal points and transients of the load time functions which occur simultaneously with the reversal points marked (damage-related) in all the time functions of the components loads; - reduction of the load time functions to only those reversal points and transients which form the support points; - calcul ation of the compressed load time functions by calculation of transfer functions between the support points and taking account of the maximum values of velocity, acceleration and frequency of the test machine.
