Transparente Wärmedämmung eines Wohngebäudes in Shanghai, China
Abstract
To demonstrate transparently insulated walls (TI walls) as an efficient passive solar component for space heating under the climatic conditions of a site at low latitude, two test houses were built at Shanghai in 1990. Dynamic computer simulations were used to improve the performance of the test houses. The facade construction was appropriate to the Chinese conditions and built with materials available at the site. An extensive monitoring will help to analyse performance and solar gains of the TI wall.
