Akzeptanz der Gentechnologie beim Verbraucher
Abstract
The presentation deals with the question of consumer acceptance of genetic engineering in food production and with the acceptance of analysis in technology assessment research. Examples are presented from Dutch, German, and Spanish studies in consumer information and consumer acceptance. It is shown that there is a correlation between the level of information and the degree of individual reflexion, although better information not automatically corresponds with higher consumer acceptance.
