Abstract
A mirror, in particular a mirror for the projection optics and resonator-internal optics of a high-performance laser, is known, comprising a mirror diaphragm cooled by a cooling medium via a cooling system, said diaphragm being retained along its circumference and having a mirror surface on one side, and having an adjustment device acting on the mirror diaphragm and changing the curvature and its curvature radius. In order to specify such a mirror having an adjustment device changing the curvature and the curvature radius, by means of which the influences of the coolant on the change in curvature are diminished or negligible in comparison with mirrors according to the state of the art, the said mirror diaphragm has at least one hollow cavity which is bounded by an external subdiaphragm bearing the mirror surface and an inner subdiaphragm and which is divided by slats forming intermediate cavities, whereby the slats interconnect the two subdiaphragms by friction lock, so that the coolan t flow through the intermediate cavities and the adjusting device acts on the surface of the subdiaphram facing away from the intermediate cavity.
